Ashley Soupen

Soupen was named global human resources director in September 2019. Prior to joining Praxair Surface Technologies, he worked for AFROX (a Linde company), where he held progressively more senior human resources leadership roles, leading up to his most recent position as head of HR, Africa. Prior to AFROX he worked at Honeywell in a variety of senior leadership roles based in the Middle East and Europe. He earned his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of South Africa and his MBA from Monash University.
