Peening -
We can increase the fatigue life of your newly coated parts through our cold working service that produces compressive stresses on metal surfaces under highly controlled conditions. We offer ceramic and steel shot peening.
Sealing -
After coating is applied to your components, we can seal the inherent porosity found in all thermal sprayed coatings. Our sealing process provides superior protection by penetrating the coating to stop corrosion materials from reaching the substrate.
Stress Relief -
We can heat components to a suitable temperature and hold it sufficiently long to reduce residual stress. We can also slow cool components to minimize the development of any additional stresses.
Stripping -
We can remove damaged or worn coatings and offer replacement coatings for extended service life at a fraction of the component replacement cost.
