How is quality achieved?
In a service business such as ours, returning customer parts when promised—with the proper coating, restoration, or engraving done precisely the way you want it—is our way of earning business.
To meet all of our customers’ expectations across a business with more than 30 locations in 13 countries and across four continents requires careful attention to detail to ensure that all our facilities are working together and producing the same results. One key to obtaining and maintaining consistency in such an organization is our system of centrally controlled standard coating process and inspection requirements. These instruments of quality are controlled through industry standard quality systems. This level of control ensures that all our plants are using the same approved methods to achieve the same results, no matter if your components are serviced in the Americas, Europe, or Asia.
Certifications
Our quality system accreditations and approvals affirm our emphasis on quality. We are certified by the ASD-EASE, CAAC, CAA/JAA, DOD, EASA, FAA, MOD, NADCAP, and other major authorities. In addition, many of our facilities are ISO 9001-2000/9001:2008 and AS9100/9100B certified to meet customer requirements.
