TAFA Model 8830MHU / 8835MHU -

Model 8830MHU Arc Spray SystemThe TAFA Models 8830MHU and 8835MHU puller arc spray systems are proven performers, consistently delivering high-quality coatings with minimal operator adjustment. They’re designed to optimize particle atomization and spray pattern distribution, ensuring optimal coating repeatability. Both models offer high deposition efficiency and produce good bond strength, uniform microstructure and excellent machining properties.

Model 8830MHU and 8835MHU features:

TAFA Model 9910i -

Model 9910i Arc Spray SystemThe TAFA Model 9910i CoArc™ twin-wire arc spray system is the next generation of the renowned TAFA arc spray product line. With closed-loop control of the spray process, the system precisely monitors and automatically adjusts the power supply voltage, spray air pressure at the gun head and wire feed rate to match preset values. It’s powerful and customizable to help you increase uptime, create more reproducible coatings and improve coating quality.

Model 9910i features:

  • Air plumbing for minimal pressure drop
  • Closed-loop controlled at console air pressure, voltage and amperage for precision control
  • Recipe storage
  • Sophisticated PLC-based control system
  • TAFAGlide Wire Delivery System

Model 9935 Arc Spray GunThis heavy-duty arc spray gun offers precision spray rates, high-volume air flow and up to 350 amp capability. Machine-mounted or handheld, the TAFA Model 9935 features an improved nozzle design for optimal performance.

  • Integrated Super ArcJet

  • TAFAGlide quick-disconnect wire delivery system

TAFA Model 9985 -

Model 9985 Arc Spray GunThis heavy-duty arc spray gun offers precision spray rates, high-volume air flow and up to 350 amp capability. Machine-mounted or handheld, the TAFA Model 9985 features an improved nozzle design and components for increased performance.

TAFA Model BP-400 -

BP400 Arc Spray SystemLightweight and portable, the TAFA Model BP-400 is an ultra-versatile push wire delivery arc spray system. It’s cost-effective, easy to operate and can be used in both handheld and robotic applications.

Model BP-400 features:
